During a capture you will have two ways to preview your recording (Thumbnail Preview or Live Preview). By default, thumbnail preview will always load up first. Click on the video thumbnails to the right of the preview player to view that source.
Thumbnail Preview: This mode will preview with snapshots(thumbnails) and will refresh every second.
Live Preview: This mode will display full streaming video that also includes an audio feed.
